Baseball is a sport rich in statistics. When we did a statistical evaluation of Dave LaRock’s legislative performance we were stunned to discover that Dave has an LBA of .000. Not one bill where he was Chief Patron made it out of committee. When a Delegate can’t collaborate, build consensus, or advance legislation, and is among the poorest performers in the General Assembly, we all suffer.
